2009 WASE Global Congress on Science EngineeringCall for Papers
Aim and Scope:

2009 WASE Global Congress on Science Engineering (GCSE 2009)
will be held on 25-27 December, 2009 in Shanxi, China. The GCSE 2009 is organized by the World Association of Science Engineering (WASE), a non-profit international association for the engineers and the scientists. The conference has the focus on the frontier topics in the theoretical and applied engineering and science subjects. The GCSE conferences serve as good platforms for our members and the entire engineering community to meet with each other and to exchange ideas. Our GCSE committees have been formed with over one hundred conference committees’ members who are mainly research center heads, faculty deans, department heads, professors, and research scientists from over 20 countries.

It provides three day’s focus on the science and technology that are the basis for science and engineering. The 2009 WASE Global Congress on Science Engineering (GCSE 2009) continues to focus on the complementary and synergistic aspects of established fields such as Computer Science, Embedded and Real-Time Computing Systems, Image Processing and Analysis, Middleware, Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning and Electrical, Computer and Communication Engineering, which are expected to contribute to the further development of science and engineering. Concurrent sessions and a poster session will cover a wide range of topics and issues, including both contributed papers and special sessions developed on specific themes.

Papers accepted by the conference will be recommended to the special issues on Journal of Computers (EI Compendex, ISSN 1796-203X), Journal of software (EI Compendex, ISSN 1796-217X), Journal of Multimedia (EI Compendex, ISSN 1796-2048), Journal of Networks (EI Compendex, ISSN 1796-2056) Will be indexed by EI (Compendex), IEE INSPEC, DBLP. The papers may be reviewed by the editors office of the above journals, sometimes needs to be revised by the authors. All the submitted papers should be written in English, and will be reviewed by international reviewers.
