Job Description

THE PROGRAM

Our 18-month program provides our Management Traineeswith abundant learning opportunities to gain all-round exposure and receiveon-the-job training in various business functions within the Company in bothour Hong Kong and Mainland China portfolios. Customized training curriculum willalso strengthen your management skills as well as business acumen. Throughoutthe program, Top Management of Hang Lung, Senior Executives from differentdepartments and Human Resources coaches will offer strong guidance and coachingto Trainees, facilitating their learning and bringing their potential into fullplay.
