HR Trainee  Location： Shanghai
As part of Medtronic Trainee Program, the candidates will receive plenty of skill development opportunities through well prepared HR and business training programs, e-learning and mentor-assisted self learning. In addition, the candidates will also be assigned to different Medtronic HR functions (such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, and HR Operations,) and receive on-job-training by working closely with other experienced HR specialists as mentors. The candidates will also have opportunity to be assigned to vary Medtronic HR projects.
The program aims to offer the candidates a comprehensive overview of the respective tasks and responsibilities in different HR functional areas upon the completion of the trainee program.
Required:
1. Bachelor and above degree in HR or related
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Mature and firm personality, good learning agility
4. Good analytic skills
IT Trainee  location： Shanghai
As a part of Medtronic Eyas Program, the candidates will receive plenty of skill development opportunities through well prepared IT and business training programs, e-learning and coach-assisted self learning. In addition, the candidates will also be assigned to different Medtronic IT teams (such as Desktop Support, CRM, HRIS, Business Intelligence, SAP development and function support) and receive on-job-training by working closely with other experienced IT specialists as coaches. The candidates will also have opportunity to be assigned to vary Medtronic global- or international-wise projects.
The program aims to offer the candidates a comprehensive overview of the respective tasks and responsibilities in different IT functional areas. Upon the completion of the trainee program, the candidates will receive job opportunities to work for world-leading Medtronic IT group.
Major responsibilities (but not limit to):
- Provide operational support for IT infrastructure & Medtronic business applications
- Work with business partners to collect requirements and draft functional specifications
- Coding & programming
- Test for developed solutions according to Medtronic procedure
- Conduct end-user training

Required:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferred Information Technology related major, such as Computer Science/Software Engineering etc.

Business Trainee
As a part of Medtronic Eyas Program, the candidates will receive plenty of skill development opportunities through well prepared business training programs, e-learning and coach-assisted self learning. In addition, the candidates will also receive on-job-training by working closely with other experienced Team Partner as coaches.  
Required:
1. Bachelor and above degree in medical or clinical related major
2. Strong interest in sales or therapy development area in Medical device industry
3. Work independently and adapt frequent business travel if needed
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, passionate and willing to take challenges
5. A good team worker with good learning agility
6. Fluency in written and oral English
TSC Engineer Trainee  Location： Beijing
As a member of Medtronic-Weigao Technical Support Center (TSC) Trainee Program, the candidates will receive plenty of skill development opportunities through well prepared technology and business training programs, e-learning and mentor-assisted self learning. In addition, the candidates will also be assigned to different teams (such as Spine, Trauma and Joint) and receive on-job-training by working closely with other experienced specialists as mentors. The candidates will also have opportunity to be assigned to vary Medtronic global- or international-wise projects.

The program aims to offer the candidates a comprehensive overview of the respective tasks and responsibilities in different TSC functional areas. Upon the completion of the trainee program, the candidates will receive job opportunities to work for world-leading Medtronic TSC group.

Major responsibilities (but not limit to):
-Design medical devices with related software including Pro/E and EFA
-Can perform independent design works based on design specification
- Perform mechanical stress, strength, and deformation test
-Perform process analysis with process engineers
-Manufacture product samples with advanced equipment in workshop
-Work as part of a team that includes scientists developing new technology and mechanical engineers performing routine functions.

- Bachelor degree or above, with major in Mechanical Engineering, Bio-mechanic or Medical Mechanical Engineering preferred
