All trainees will participate in 2-year Medtronic Eyas Program (美敦力雏鹰计划). Under the program, trainees will get plenty of opportunities in training, coaching, job rotation and career development.

Business Trainee will work in business units.

There are 3 types of roles for business trainee: Sales, Marketing, Clinical specialist.

·
Sales & marketing trainees will help on Medtronic products selling and market promotion.

Clinical Specialist trainees will provide technical supports during surgeries.

Requirements:

Bachelor and above degree in medical, Clinical, Mechanical Engineering, Bio-mechanic or Medical Mechanical Engineering related major.

Strong interest in sales or therapy development area in Medical device industry

Work independently and adapt frequent business travel if needed

·
Good communication and interpersonal skills, passionate and willing to take challenges

A good team worker with good learning agility

·
Fluency in written and oral English

External Affair Trainee

All trainees will participate in 2-year Medtronic Eyas Program (美敦力雏鹰计划). Under the program, trainees will get plenty of opportunities in training, coaching, job rotation and career development.

External Affair Trainee will work in External Affair Function.

·
There are 2 types of roles for external affair trainee: PR (Public Relation), RA (Regulation Affair).

·
Location: Shanghai (for Public Relation Trainee), Beijing (for Regulation Affair Trainee)

Bachelor and above degree in medical or clinical related major

Work independently and adapt business travel if needed

·
Good communication and interpersonal skills, passionate and willing to take challenges

Supply Chain Trainee

All trainees will participate in 2-year Medtronic Eyas Program (美敦力雏鹰计划). Under the program, trainees will get plenty of opportunities in training, coaching, job rotation and career development.

Supply Chain Trainee will work in Supply Chain Function.

There are 2 types of roles for supply chain trainee: Customer Service, Planner.
